The new research institute is located in the north of Three Gorges Road, Liangcun Economic Development Zone, Shijiazhuang City. It has more than 1000 square meters of provincial engineering laboratory and 7000 square meters of advanced environmental protection equipment manufacturing base. It has perfect research and development conditions and advanced experimental infrastructure. Molanz Laboratory has many laboratories, such as wastewater treatment technology laboratory, waste gas treatment technology laboratory, environmental treatment technology laboratory and so on. It has advanced domestic environmental protection experiments and testing equipment, including high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, ammonia nitrogen analyzer, dissolved oxygen analyzer, membrane separation and purification equipment, etc. It has laid a solid hardware foundation for laboratory research and development, small-scale test, pilot test and other scientific research work, and has been awarded provincial engineering laboratory.

Relying on the research institute, the group has jointly established the Sino-Australian Joint Environmental Protection Laboratory with Hebei University of Science and Technology and the University of New South Wales, which mainly carries out the research and development of environmental protection technology and equipment in the pharmaceutical industry. At the same time, basic experiments, small-scale experiments, pilot-scale experiments and experiments are carried out on the basis of the development and manufacturing base of advanced environmental protection equipment. Industrialization of production, and ultimately achieve research and development, trial production, industrial application as one of the environmental protection equipment manufacturing base. In the future, as the R&D and industrialized equipment production base in the group's environmental protection field, the Research Institute will provide a broader experimental platform for the group to carry out international scientific and technological cooperation.

Outlook of Morlans Institute

Innovation wins the future. Science and technology is the first productive force, which determines the development level and speed of the group. In 2019, the Group invested 1.2 million yuan to improve the construction of laboratory infrastructure and achieve the 3D design level of new environmental protection equipment. In 2020, the group plans to invest 1.5 million yuan, and increase the research and development capacity of standardized design of environmental protection equipment on the basis of BIM system design; in 2021, it plans to invest 2 million yuan to complete the research and development of comprehensive equipment manufacturing and automation system design, while striving to achieve intelligent environmental protection and realize the comprehensive solution of large data of ecological environment. The group will continue to increase investment in science and technology, and take a strong enterprise road led by the development of science and technology.
