In order to increase the biomass in the reactor, to increase volume loading, and to reduce the equipment volume, the pressurized aeration reactor developed by Morlans is assisted by oxygen-enriched aeration technology, making the sludge volume (MLSS) in aerobic reactor reach 20 g/l. Besidaes, slurry separation and water exudation problem of the pressurized reactor are solved by patent technologies, thus making the volume loading of aeration increase to 5.0 kgCOD/m3, and realizing direct aerobic treatment of high concentration wastewater. No peculiar smell is produced. 

It applies to small wastewater treatment projects , high concentration wastewater pretreatment projects and reconstruction projects wastewater treatment facilities without extension conditions.
